About WeldLit

Built by someone
who certifies it.

WeldLit wasn't designed by a product team that discovered manufacturing on LinkedIn. It was designed by a welding engineer who has spent 20 years inside certified workshops — running audits, managing production, and watching companies fail certification for avoidable reasons.

The problem we built to solve

European metal fabricators — especially those working under EN 1090, ISO 3834, or ISO 9001 — operate in a compliance environment that generic ERP systems simply weren't designed for. Welder qualification tracking, WPS management, CE marking, non-conformity documentation linked to production records — none of this exists in SAP Business One, in Odoo, or in any off-the-shelf ERP without expensive customization.

The alternative? Binders, folders, shared drives, and spreadsheets. Companies pass audits by luck and preparation, not by system. When the auditor asks for the welding log from Job #2241 and who welded what to which specification, the answer is usually a frantic search through email.

That's the problem WeldLit exists to eliminate.

Our building principles

01

Domain first, software second

Every feature started with a real scenario from certified production. Not a user story from a product manager. A real audit, a real non-conformity, a real welder whose certificate expired mid-project.

02

No feature theater

22+ modules, all live, all tested in production. No "roadmap" features shown in the sales demo that haven't shipped. When we say it works, it works.

03

AI where it earns its place

7 AI agents — not because AI is trendy, but because reading MTC certificates from scanned PDFs, validating WPS parameters, and drafting ISO 9001 procedures are tasks that genuinely benefit from automation.

04

Execution = credit history

A manufacturer who delivers on time, closes non-conformities, maintains welder certifications, and documents everything is a better credit risk than their documentation suggests. WeldLit is building the infrastructure to prove that.

Our values

Honesty

We mark planned features as [PLANNED]. We don't demo things that don't work. We don't use fake case studies.

Specificity

We build for EN 1090 fabricators. Not for all manufacturing. Specificity is our advantage.

Respect for the trade

Welding engineering is a serious technical discipline. We treat it with the respect it deserves — in every form label, every dropdown, every report layout.

EU first

EU hosted, GDPR compliant, built around European certification standards — not adapted from US or Asian market assumptions.

Where we are

WeldLit is an active platform, not a prototype. The ERP is running. The marketplace is live. Modules are being used. AI agents are being refined on real document types encountered by real fabricators.

We're currently in active development — adding features based on direct input from users in certified workshops. If you work in EN 1090 production and have a workflow that isn't covered, we want to hear from you.
