These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeldLit's websites, ERP platform, marketplace, and related services (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@weldlit.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You retain full ownership of all Content you upload or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant WeldLit a limited licence to store and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your Content and do not use it for any purpose beyond service delivery.
Paid features of the Service are subject to a subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and included features are described on the applicable pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will provide reasonable advance notice for scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime outside our reasonable control.
The WeldLit platform, software, design, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of WeldLit. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in WeldLit IP beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.
The Service is provided "as is". WeldLit makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of output. In particular, WeldLit does not provide legal, regulatory, or certification advice. Compliance with EN 1090, ISO 3834, or any other standard is the sole responsibility of the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeldLit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted, unless earlier deletion is required by law.
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania. EU consumer users retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws in their country of residence.
